Hardgrove is solution-driven and his brokerage firm thrives from this perspective, offering exceptional service. He applied this mindset to develop AgencyComp.

Unable to find a tracking platform without having to purchase an expensive CRM, Joe developed his own solution. After refining his program with feedback from other industry veterans, Joe realized he had a scalable solution that could help other agents and BGAs spend less time tracking commissions and more time serving their clients.
