Is AgencyComp online or do I need to download software?

AgencyComp is 100% online and available anywhere you have an internet connection.

Do I have to provide a credit card for the 14-day free trial?

A credit card is only required for a paid subscription.

Can I upgrade my subscription after the 14-day free trial?

You can upgrade to a paid subscription anytime before or after the 14-day free trial period. We will notify you before we delete your account.

There is no contract, correct?
Correct. Your subscription is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.
Can I use AgencyComp to pay commissions to my agents?

The Analytics report can track paid commissions by carrier or agent.

Is AgencyComp available outside of the United States?

At this time, AgencyComp is only available to agents based in the United States.

Is AgencyComp HIPAA compliant?
Since AgencyComp is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) is not applicable to Agency Comp, LLC, or the Service.  As such, we disclaim any warranty of or liability for HIPAA compliance. Do not enter any User Content into the Service platform regarding any client’s health, medical condition, healthcare, or payment for healthcare.
