Is there a charge for onboarding?
AgencyComp:Onboarding is optional. If you want us to set you up, it’s $150 for up to 10 carriers, plus $12 for each additional carrier.
Can I project my commissions? For how many years?
AgencyComp:Yes. The Revenue Projection Report projects your commissions up to 10 years out.
Must I add new policies one at a time for commissions that don’t match?
AgencyComp:No. During import, you can add up to 50 new policies directly from unmatched commissions.
Can overrides be tracked separately?
AgencyComp:Yes. Overrides are tracked separately from base commissions, so you can see exactly what your FMO or BGA paid.
Does the software help identify missing commissions?
AgencyComp:Yes. The Missing Commission Report flags every policy that should have paid but didn’t.
How far back can I search for missing commissions?
AgencyComp:Up to 5 years.
How is the Medicare commission module updated each year for new renewal amounts?
AgencyComp:We update the CMS Medicare commission amounts every fall, when CMS releases them, so you don’t have to.
